Kazanlak Travel Directory
Kazanlak is located in the middle of the plain of the same name, at the foot of the Balkan range, on the eastern end of the famous Rose Valley. It is the 10th biggest industrial center in Bulgaria, with a population of 79,464 people as of 2007. The natural, geographic center of Bulgaria is here, where the cross - roads of domestic travel and international tourism are located. The city is capital of rose oil extraction in Bulgaria.
